Uncut Documentary Video $500

Traditional Video: A classic, unedited long-form video that captures the day without cuts, special effects, music, or the enhancements we include in our short films. This video highlights the most relevant scenes, such as toasts, dances, garter, and bouquet tosses in full. The main advantage is its longer duration, typically around one hour depending on the event’s activities. However, it may not have the modern feel and polish of our short film edits
Virtual Invitation $200

Create a virtual invitation in the form of a website. Include the date, photos, and other details. Click for an example.
Photo Slideshow $220

Show your guests a video where they can see photos of both of you from the time you met until now.
Overtime P/Hour $500

This service can be added to the contract; otherwise, the multimedia team will leave the event upon completion of the service specified in the contract.
Photobook $350

Up to 70 photos in an 8x8 premium line book
Holidays $-

Holidays are completely blocked, including December 24th, December 25th, etc. Scheduling your event on these dates increases the price by 100%.

Contract Information

Date Reservation

We reserve your date with a 50% deposit of your package cost. Schedule an appointment to sign the agreement and make the final payment by your wedding day.
Locations

Packages cover the Tijuana-Rosarito-Tecate area, and the locations for recordings or photo sessions will be decided by the couple. Getting married in San Diego or nearby? Visit www.luisibanez.work/weddings.
Workspace, Energy & Meals

The photography and/or videography team requires a designated space at your event to store camera equipment, drones, and other gear, which also serves as a resting area. This can be a nearly empty table or a small area with chairs at your event. Remember, we are part of your wedding, and to achieve the best results in your material, we need this space and meals. Please let us know if an extra meal will be provided for the team or if we should bring our own food. Thank you for your understanding.
Photo Delivery

Throughout your event, we will be taking photos, and you will receive all effective shots. The number of effective photos delivered depends on your event. The files we deliver are in JPG format. We do not provide raw files. Average quantity: 500
Video editing

The video material will be edited in a Cinematic or Short Film style depending on the post-producer's decision. The recording of direct console audio is subject to the availability of audio console at the locations. High-definition 1080p quality in MP4 format.
Content delivery

The maximum delivery date is 60 business days after your event. The material is delivered via cloud storage through a download link, and our responsibility is to store your material for 6 months. Additionally, we offer the option to deliver all the material on a USB drive.
Cancellation

If your event is to be canceled, please contact our team immediately. There are no monetary refunds for contract and/or event cancellations. You have one date change at no charge with a request made 3 months before the original date, provided the new date is available.
Image Advertising Rights

Please note, we reserve the right to use captured images for promotional purposes. Thank you for your understanding
